By accessing or using Wayfli, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, post harmful or illegal content, or attempt to access other users accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content, design, and code on Wayfli is owned by or licensed to us. User-generated content (trip itineraries, reviews, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the platform.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Wayfli is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
